Book a Product Demo
Information
The scheduling process has been moved to Salesforce. Please follow the below steps:
Process
- Open the opportunity in Salesforce
- If no opportunity exists, please create one
- Click the button 'Book an SSE Demo'
- Note: If you do not see the button in the Opportunity, click the drop down next to the buttons and it should be there.
- Choose the demo type
- Book the demo or copy the link and send the URL to your prospect/customer to book.
Notes & Customizations
- This uses the individual within the Primary Contact field on the opportunity (in the Sales Qualification section within the Opportunity) as the main and only contact on the meeting invite. If you or the individual want to add other recipients to the invite, simply forward the calendar invite to those additional people.
- The meeting will apply a standard title. If you want to have a custom title, please fill in the field Demo Meeting Title (in the Sales Qualification section within the Opportunity) before clicking the 'Book an SSE Demo' button.
