The purpose of a PoV is to allow a prospect to validate that a product can solve the prospect's specific challenges, integration needs, and deliver tangible outcomes by testing the software in a structured environment.

- Only supported for Reveal and Logikcull currently
- Does not allow for loading data, and consists of test data provided by Reveal (typically Enron and/or Globex)
- SSE lead kickoff and wrap up with the prospects
- Automated email sent to client with log-in information and links to Help Center

When to Use
Perfect for individuals eager to collaborate with the SSE team while confirming the success criteria.
- Does not allow for loading data, and consists of test data provided by Reveal (typically Enron and/or Globex)
- The SSE team leads weekly check-ins and conducts on-demand working sessions with prospects to validate success criteria
- Please note Reveal Hold consists of Legal Hold only and we do not support IPP or collection currently

When to Use
For prospects who prefer to work on a live case/matter.
- Utilizes a full production environment
- Allows for loading live case data
- The SSE works in a consultative capacity during weekly check-ins and on-demand working sessions with pilot participants to validate success criteria
- A 37-month contract is required with a built in free pilot month; at the end of the pilot month the prospect can continue with their 36-month contract, or "opt-out" for a transactional fee
- The prospect will take full responsibility for all deadlines and work performed within the live pilot (including but not limited to, user creation/access, search term creation and execution, reporting, review, and productions)
